Molecular Allergology User's Guide

Vienna, June 2016: The ZAUM (Dr. Simon Blank; Molecular and Translational Allergology group) contributed to the establishment of the world’s first comprehensive handbook on Molecular Allergology. The book of more than 300 pages, named “Molecular Allergology User's Guide”, was officially presented to the scientific and medical community at the congress of the European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology (EAACI) in Vienna in June.

The handbook represents a straightforward guide that describes the new developments in‪molecular ‪‎allergology and that provides the basis for a refined, earlier diagnosis of the allergic reactions and ultimately for a tailored individualized management of the patients. The handbook can be downloaded www.eaaci.org/documents/MAUG_book.pdf and, moreover, was published as a supplement in the Journal Pediatric Allergy and Immunology (Pediatr Allergy Immunol. 2016 May;27 Suppl 23:1-250).
